There’s never been a better time to buy a home North Jersey!

Owning and living in a million dollar home is now a reachable American Dream!  If you want to live in a home surrounded by beautiful countryside and easily commutable to most anywhere USA, including New York City, "the city that never sleeps", less than an hour away, while enjoying an extravagant lifestyle ...... look no further!

 It is the most opportune time to take advantage of the “used to be” Million Dollar + properties that are now on the market for nearly half that!

 One community in particular is Rockburn Pass (Estates) in West Milford, rich in beauty and million dollar dreams come true!

Stately colonials and other mansion-like custom built homes offer panoramic views while sited on their own multi acreage properties are sited along the Belgium block lined street named Rockburn Pass. While viewing these homes, some extravagant amenities that may be enjoyed include such luxuries as professional landscaping, outrageous stone walls, fantastic pools and outdoor cabanas, multi tiered decks with incredible views and so many more unimaginable amenities. All of which possibly had an original cost to build and elaborate upon which currently exceeds the list price.
 In addition, West Milford is a desirable town which offers many parks and recreational facilities, commutability, the town center is located within minutes of this community and children are bussed to great schools.

My inspiration to writing this article are these facts that came to light while researching for a client.

 I read such headlines as:

 “This Is A Must See. Call Today” for a 4400 SF Victorian home with 5 Bedrooms and 4.5 baths on 3.6 acres built in 2002, which sold for $1,125,000 in 2006.    

 Another was “MASSIVE REDUCTION FOR IMMEDIATE SALE IN THIS MARKET!: the advertising words used for a 5800 SF, new construction, custom home with 5 Bedrooms, 5 baths on 3.65 acres, which sold in 2008 for $1,450,000.

 Now there are several (3) available under $1,000,000.

For instance, this 4500 SF home is listing for $750,000. Built in 2004 and offering 4 Bedrooms, 5 baths and is on 4.8 acres of beautifully landscaped property.
